A week-long solo oil colour painting exhibition titled ‘Surrounding Faces’ by Farhana Yasmin (Shathy) will begin in the city on Friday.The inaugural ceremony will be held at Jatra Biroti in Banani area in the afternoon.
The exhibition will be jointly inaugurated by Topu Khan, artist, MM Haikal Hashmi, deputy managing director and chief risk officer of IFIC Bank and M A Maruf, managing director of Crosswalk Communications.
In the show, ten semi-abstract paintings will reflect the physique and expression of the women. The exposition will remain open from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm everyday for all till September 28.
